We had a few bottomless bottles after our
paint mixing activity recently, so we used them today to make a cup and ball game.
WE USED:
* two milk bottles (bases removed)
* small ball (you could use balled up alfoil if you dont have one small enough)
* white paint
* markers/textas/coloured paints
We painted the outside of the bottles white as a base to draw on.
Bubble decorated one and I decorated the other.
A cup and ball game is a fun way to improve both fine and gross motor skills depending on what games you play. Throwing and catching to each other was fun but very tricky, Bubble also enjoyed throwing the ball up and catching it herself in one cup.
Oh, I would love to play with it! Looks really fun!
ReplyDeleteWe have made a similar game using cones made of card.. but the bottles will last longer and look nice.
So, we will make a bottle game as well. Thanks for the idea!
And.. it would be a nice present for a friend.. or grandparents :)
