Wiggles binnoculars

Bubble got this paper from inside the latest Wiggles magazine, but it would be easy to use wrapping paper or even paper with stickers or stamps on it. I taped the paper to each roll and then taped the rolls together firmly, making small holes at one end to thread the wool through for the neck strap.

* two toilet roll tubes
* tape
* wool
* scissors
